We’ve been offering our guests unforgettable stays in the heart of Homosassa since 2012.
Our journey began after moving to Florida from the Netherlands, driven by a desire to create a new life for our family and to share the magic of Homosassa with others. Homeowners at TradeWinds approached us for help in renting out their villas. With our background in the service sector and a shared passion for hospitality, we embraced the opportunity.
Now, with years of experience under our belts, we remain committed to keeping both our homeowners and renters happy. Whether it’s a small repair, a redecorating project, or simply providing local tips, we handle every detail with care and treat our customers the way we’d want to be treated.
Our guests keep coming back for the quality of our homes, the beauty of the area, and the convenience of having their boats docked right at the marina, just steps from their rented villa. We are fortunate to be able to accommodate large groups, such as golfers and family reunions, thanks to our diverse range of vacation homes and boat slips.
