This 4-bedroom villa is located on the Canal of this gated community. From the back porch, with a large dining room set and a BBQ, you can see the boats on the Canal. When you bring your own boat, docks are available for rent and are right behind your house. We can accommodate boats up to 27 ft.
In the living room of this villa, you will find a very comfortable couch to relax on. It has an 85-inch smart TV! The dining room table will comfortably seat your group. The kitchen is very well equipped, which should make it easy to prepare a meal. If you don’t feel like cooking, you can always visit one of the many restaurants in the area. For your convenience there also is a half bath on the first floor. The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a King. The Master bathroom has a double vanity, toilet, a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
On the second floor you will find the other bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a King and its own bathroom, with a shower/tub combination. The other two bedrooms both have two Twins and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. It has a two-car garage.
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck and lounge chairs, which is located just a few steps down from this villa.

This worked out well for my family, who came into Homosassa to attend our mother’s memorial service. There is quite a bit of construction in that area, you can’t really see it from the road. The stairs are a bit on the steep side, so if anyone has mobility issues, FYI. There is a master bedroom downstairs.

The house was great! Very clean and fresh smelling when we arrived, the beds were very comfy. The house beautifully decorated and well cared for. Loved every thing about it except that we couldn’t stay longer. Close to King’s bay to swim with manatees and two minutes from Homosassa state park and other local parks. It’s a quiet and private location. I hope to rent again!

It’s located close to old Homosassa so you’re surrounded by beautiful and majestic oak trees and Spanish moss. You can easily walk to restaurants from the house. The house has everything you need to enjoy all that Florida has to offer.
