This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa will make your stay very relaxing. As you walk up the stairs of this home on stilts you will reach the very spacious porch. On the porch you have a view on the Marina. There is a dining set on the porch to enjoy your outdoor dinners. In the large living room you will find a very comfortable couch. The bright kitchen is very well equipped, so cooking a meal will be easy. Underneath the house you will find a BBQ. The dining room set is large enough to seat your whole family. The Master bedroom has a King, and it has a TV. The Master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a double vanity and a stand-alone tub. The second bedroom has two Queens. So, plenty of room to house a family. The second bathroom has a double vanity and a shower/tub combination.
Underneath the house there is plenty of room to park your car and, if you bring a boat, your trailer. Bring your own boat, docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft. The Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching, scalloping and swimming and in the winter visit the manatees at the Homosassa Springs. The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck and lounge chairs, which is a short walk from your home.

A great place to stay if you plan to visit Homosassa. The property was clean and easy to access with boat slips (additional fee) and a private boat ramp. This property is furnished well and a perfect home base for Scalloping or Fishing. Frans was a great communicator and answered quickly. We will definitely be back!

This house was brand new, still had that new home smell. I love the location because it is so close to the springs and the Gulf. This one doesnt have a dedicated dock but we were able to rent one so that was convenient. The living space is perfect for 4 to 6 people and the home is stocked with the basic necessities.
