This very well decorated home will make your stay one to remember. The house has a two-car garage in which you will find two bicycles and two kayaks that are available for you to use. The BBQ is also located in the garage as well as an extra refrigerator and if you want you can even watch TV as there is a large screen in the garage. As soon as you enter the house you will see the very comforting décor. The living room has a very comfy couch and a large TV. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make cooking a breeze and you can gather around the very large island. There is a half bath on the first floor. On the second floor you will find the Master bedroom with a King bed and a TV, with its own bathroom with a large shower and double sinks. Your will notice the high-end finishes all through this house. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third two Twins. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
When you bring your own boat, docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft. The Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching, scalloping and swimming and in the winter visit the manatees at the Homosassa Springs.
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck and lounge chairs.

Listing was exactly as described. Easy check in and check out. Perfect location. We would definitely stay again. The only issue was the lack of extra basic amenities, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extra, and no extra paper towels or garbage bags.
