This 3-bedroom, 2,5-bathroom villa is the left-hand side of the Duplex Cobia. It has a 2-car garage in which you will find 3 bicycles and a 2 person kayak which you can use during your stay at this well decorated home. As you walk into the house you will see the very welcoming living room with comfortable couches and 55-inch smart TV. For your convenience this house has a half bath on the first floor.
The dining room is located next to the well-equipped kitchen.
Up the stairs you will find the master bedroom with a King bed and a TV. The bathroom has a large shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen, and the third bedroom has 2 Twins. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination and double sinks. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people. This house offers free WIFI and has a gas BBQ.
Bring your own boat, docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft. The Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching, scalloping and swimming and in the winter visit the manatees at the Homosassa Springs.
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck and lounge chairs.

Listing was exactly as described. Easy check in and check out. Perfect location. We would definitely stay again. The only issue was the lack of extra basic amenities, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extra, and no extra paper towels or garbage bags.
