This 4-bedroom villa is the right-hand side of this duplex Manatee. It is located next to the boat ramp on the Canal of the Marina. If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft and for this villa, we even can go up a bit more), you can rent a boat slip. As you walk up to the front door you will notice a nice seating area on the front porch, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Once inside you will see the dining room area and a small bar. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room is a cozy space for you to relax.
You will find the Master bedroom on the first floor, it has a King and its own TV, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a double vanity.
On the back porch you will also find a small seating area. A great place to enjoy your evening drink and watch the boats come in. You will also find the gas BBQ on the back porch. On the second floor you will find the other three bedrooms.
The smaller bedroom has a Twin, with a trundle. The third bedroom has two Twins. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. The fourth bedroom has a Queen and a connected bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The house has a two-car garage. This house offers free WIFI. The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck and lounge chairs, which is located at the end of the road towards the Homosassa River.

House worked out great for us. Walked to a bar down the street and had drinks with some locals. Had enough kitchen pans to cook breakfast for our group.

Said that there was enough room for 4 cars and there was not. Had to pack 2 of the cars away from the house. Not enough wash rags for everyone. Had wash the ones we had everyday. Was left a little bit of paper towels and no trash bags or dishwasher soap had to go and buy. The stove was not clean and the grill was very dirty, so we were not able to use the grill. We did have enough room for everyone and loved the location. I left the Publix bags to be used as trash bags in the bathrooms if you wanted to use them and placed trash bag in the trash container in the kitchen.
